Leaving a positive impact on every person I come in contact with is my mission.  I've been blessed with the opportunity to do this for nearly 30 years in my work life.  Sometimes I've done it and sometimes I've fallen short.  However, never giving up and forgiving myself for the failure while doing what I can to make it right drives me every day. 

Fifteen years in the insurance industry, building a team and an extremely successful business has taught me so much about growth personally and professionally.  Previous to that, 15 years of mental health and addictions counseling showed me the beauty, pain, and intention of people that opened my heart in a way that would forever change me.  My personal and professional experiences have brought me to building a coaching and speaking/training business in which the focus is helping others live their purpose.

I am passionate about helping others be the best possible version of who they were created to be, while striving to be that myself every day.  I balance this with my very competitive nature to always strive for the top in all things.  I believe strongly that all business can be done with uncompromising ethics.  Climbing the mountain of your purpose and looking back at all accomplishments can and should be done with pride knowing you did it the right way, with integrity first.
